i have not exercised for a whole year. i have not had such a break since probably i was 10yo. so i went to the gym this monday and was careful to avoid the week long muscle soreness that usually comes with first exercises. i pulled both of my hamstrings and groin during squats but lo and behold, the next day i was totally fine. usually soreness comes after 48h though. so i waited and..nothing. went to the gym again and today, day after, i am still fine. i cannot believe it. health beats age.
@Justicar This is probably your muscle remembers their peak. So they can be challanged more easily compare to guy who really works out for the first time where the muscle are weak and not properly developed.
