@Justicar I personaly like more fasting than caloric restriction.
Because for me it is easier to fast than to eat little.
But it is better to do in your days when you are not working.
Your body will want to save energy so it will slow down and become more tired. So that you will go sleep sooner. But you will be able to do everything as normal.
I often choose to exercise while fasting to burn more fat. Especailly when I workout for more repetition.
