Power has been restored to Spain and Portugal. So no anarchy and mini-collapse.
Hopefully Spain will get its head out its ass and stop relying on renewable energy and go nuclear.

@Mr_Mister not going to happen. the zero whites, or net zero, is EU's core value. it will waste money away into inefficient energy sources that pollute the environment and kill countless animals and destroys natural habitats.
