If a single mom receives taxpayer funded food aid for having a child then it should be a loan

When their youngesr child turns 18 they should have to start paying the loan back

If they get far enough behind in payments they should go to jail & a video announcement should be sent to all their descendants saying why their mother is in jail & warning them that the same thing will hapoen to them if they do the same thing that she did
