Remember, lazy/unmotivated and uninterested are two completetly different things. Now all of us want to work that much, maybe we like living a minimalistic lifestyle. Has long as we don't hablve to work.

Am fine living in a studio, with a bed, a couch and a entertainment center a gaming console, maybe a PC and a big TV. That it, i don't care about sporta cars, i don't care for decor.
