On control -- no one "has" control over you by default if you are an adult.

They take it.

You either fight or give it to them. And then you either let it be or try to pull it back.

The "elite," the government, your family, the local police, the school board, your own beliefs -- strength isn't just physical, mental, philosophical, or spiritual.

You have to *develop the habit* of seeking more and challenging yourself to be able to win the struggle, using these related areas.

Challenging yourself isn't just physical and mental, as I said. Just as you want to be able to keep adding more weight and trim the fat, you need to also LOOK for ways to see if you're wrong about your beliefs, and SEEK OUT new data.

That's the hardest one -- breaking the control your own laziness / comfort has over you in your worldview.
