I wonder what living rooms in 10 years will look like. 15 years ago people who built in their CRT TV cubby hole were feeling pretty dumb. Now there's essentially nothing to watch on your big screen, and most people are glued to phone or iPad anyway. I wonder if living room design will go back to circular arrangements of chairs and couches without everything being pointed at the TV shrine.
I gotta say...I just started streaming vs cable 3 months ago because all the internet available to me was satellite with a 30gb monthly cap. Now that fiber optic is in my area, I ditched both satellite and Dish network and the problem is not "what's on TV?", but "what's NOT on TV?"

Future family room setup will be circular. All the chairs will be jammed in the middle of the room facing out so no on can interrupt each other’s alone time with their phone friends or AI wife.
