Brother I'm about to call xfinity and yell slurs at the pajeet who answers. He's gonna fucking get it.
The niggers have been raising my bill every year and I now pay 100+/month because they know they can take advantage of my lazy ass. They also sent me a new modem but I failed to return the old one, so they added another 15 bucks to my bill as a late fee.
Well I finally decided to get this under control. I went on the site, found out there was another xfinity plan that was similar but a little cheaper, and signed up for that one. I also drove to the xfinity store and personally returned my old modem to remove the late fees.
After the plan switch, xfinity sent me an email saying my next bill should be roughly 72 bucks. Significantly better for the effort I'm willing to expend. Hell, I expected them to still add another 10 dollars because they're just niggers like that, but it was at least psychologically tolerable since it's a double digit number.
Well I get my bill this morning and it's still the same fucking price. Like I never switched my plans. Like I didn't click "confirm" and my internet went down for 5 minutes because the plan was switching. Like I didn't get the CONFIRMATION EMAIL that I had a new plan at a new price. Like I didn't PERSONALLY RETURN my old modem that they kept sending me annoying texts about, which would "reduce my bill"
