Prisons: Safety risk. Good reason for the limits.
North Korea: It's an Autocratic dictatorship. The country is a prison. So yeah, it's shouldn't be a thing there.
Western world: Free expression and debate of ideas is a good thing. But the Internet turned into something different. Online anonymity also support criminality. Digital ID for everything is too much, but some regulations are required to maintain moral integrity.
