Ok, I'll play devil's advocate. @Tfmonkey stated on Wednesday that men are superior to women. If they were, would society look the way it does right now? No.
Women have in-group preference (as a group).
Men have out-group preference (as a group).
The above is ultimately why we end up being ruled by women. This appears to be to be a decent argument for women being superior to men.

There's no superior gender. Both genders have their roles in society.
When it comes to the question of leadership, the context and the available candidate's personalities and skills both matter regardless of their sex. @SilentSeeker @CheshireHuman make a list of all the things women are better at than men, and then make a list of all the things men are better at than women, and see which list is longer.
Both genders are essential, but they aren't equal or even balanced. Men are OP, God please nerf.
@Tfmonkey @CheshireHuman Yes, I'm aware of your side by side comparison list where woman only have 5 items. And no one ever argued with the physical points of that list. We can see, that they hold true even to this day.
The intellectual parts are debatable. Research is ongoing in labs and society.
Mary Wollstonecraft's essay on the subject is an good read. It's a bit outdated (250ish years old), but contain good arguments. (110 pages)
