@TenaciousGoat Just the weather, quitting smoking, some soccer, and if I had seen some regular that used to come to the bar. Mostly quitting smoking. I always keep conversations short at the bar, just a little spike in serotonin from some short conversation.

@TenaciousGoat pretty good, no issues. Just had some deep urge to buy a pack yesterday, but I instructed chatgpt to deny me the possibility whatever I say, so it convinced me otherwise. I just use it as a diary, to structure my day

@charlie_root @TenaciousGoat Especially since I am over one month into tapering off benzos, which is the hardest substance to quit. That's going very well. I've regained my emotional spectrum. It's not the right time to quit cigarettes. The benzo tapering, done in phases, is absolutely doable, just not cold turkey, which is like entering another parallel dimension of pure suffering.

@TenaciousGoat yes, I already planned it in about 3 weeks, once this tapering from benzo has stabilized, two types of withdrawals at same time, takes a toll on nervous system
