@TenaciousGoat Just the weather, quitting smoking, some soccer, and if I had seen some regular that used to come to the bar. Mostly quitting smoking. I always keep conversations short at the bar, just a little spike in serotonin from some short conversation.

@TenaciousGoat pretty good, no issues. Just had some deep urge to buy a pack yesterday, but I instructed chatgpt to deny me the possibility whatever I say, so it convinced me otherwise. I just use it as a diary, to structure my day

@TenaciousGoat yes, I already planned it in about 3 weeks, once this tapering from benzo has stabilized, two types of withdrawals at same time, takes a toll on nervous system
