My solution to the crime and poverty of the inner-city blacks is to cut the welfare and shoot anyone who riots. Tough love is real love.
The problem with blacks isn't low IQ, it's welfare dependence and the victim narrative that externalizes the blame for their problems on "slavery" and "white supremacy".
This not an excuse for the behavior they’ve displayed and if they had the IQ high enough to see that themselves there wouldn’t be a problem with them. And it is not our problem to civilize them or teach them how to be human.
