@graf the purpose of this paper as well as the attacks on Kiwi Farms is to push digital ID in order to end internet anonymity.
It has jack shit to do with protecting kids from porn, hate speech, or harassment. It's about the government crushing dissent by eliminating anonymity. They've been pushing it for years under different justifications.
