WTF?! My 71 year old mother just called me, because her #Samsung #Tablet has no internet connection. I told her to reboot it, but she said it won't let her. Turns out Samsung decided to make the power button dedicated to the #Bixby assistant. They want her to tell Bixby "Please turn off the tablet". But remember how I said the tablet has got no internet? :)
I'm so pissed right now. My mum was so proud that she learnt how to restart her devices on her own, and now this shit.

@coin @fell You remove the screws and remove the battery. I've had to remove the battery in a smartphone once or twice due to the screen freezing and the power button not working.
If you need a special screwdriver, or if the tablet/phone using pegs or tabs that can't be removed without breaking the device (and voiding the warranty), then you can take it to the Apple Store and tell them to use their "genius" tools to fix it.
