4 cups of vinegar, some peppers and tomatoes, 5 bags of pickling spices. Make sure your windows are OPEN or you will gas yourself out of your kitchen. After bringing to a boil, take th bags of spices out and seperate the chunks from the "broth". Use blender on chunks, then reintroduce to "broth" and keep boiling to taste. The longer you boil though, the more spice you lose. Put in WARM CLEAN jars only tightened with fingers to first resistance. Let stay for 10 min. After removed listen for pops.
