I managed an oversees Indian dev team once.
Nothing worked except micro-management to mitigate their ass-covering contract legalism to paper over the lies and sub-par performance. The 1 or 2 exceptional people were not nearly enough.
Never again. Never.
I've worked with Aussies, Kiwis, South Africans, Poles & Slavs, Germans, Chinese, you name it.
Indians are consistently the worst bar none.

Been there buddy, sounds like burnout. Time away healed that for me.
If there's ANY area of technology that still lights your fire, do a personal project on it or find an existing project to contribute to.
@UncleIroh @leespringfield1903 My biggest concern is that I'm going to get rusty. Everything is broken so often I'm on here more than my work VM. I made this account because I had so much freetime. I hate the company I work for and have no motivation to fix their issues. I know if they could replace me with a jeet, they would, so I don't feel bad about getting paid for nothing. Of all the jobs I've had, this one pays the most vs the amount of work I actually do. It isn't much.
