@shortstories I would avoid corporation food Sincé I am now aware the both the flesh and plant base meat they are adding bug protein just because they can Even if is only a 10% of the product but no I won't eat the Bugs I Will stay with My beans, soybeans etc etc that You can tell what food is.
So I have been thinking if you drink Soy Milk or other products that do not list animal ingredients but do not say Vegan either
And if they say "natural flavors" or "artificial flavors"
Then they will sneak in bugs as the unspecified "flavors"
@shortstories Yeah that is why I Buy Those products from local producers that I trust they don't need regulations since soy and almond milk oat milk doesnt have patogens like dairy they don't need a pasteuration machinery.
