i have noticed that, when i force myself to fast, i get fatter, but when i eat them three meals a day i get slimmer, am starting to think that my " survival mode " is to slow metabolism so much, it uses minimal fat.

and my metabolism is slow as it is, i need to take water pills to plush the high-water retention in my body. and apparently my kidneys are fine and i drink plenty of cranberry juice.
