I have lived in an economic resession for most of my life, my first job I was able to get during the 2008 recession by pure luck. All my life has been in hard mode, I don't drink, smoke, do drugs of any kind, I don't even drink coffee. Worked and studied all my life until I graduated with a Batchelor of Science and I have never stopped working or saving money, and I still can't afford a home.

@37712 If you would have made 40% extra net money over those years, would the situation be different?

@Zeb absofuckinglutly, even with all the bad shit I am close to my goal to buying a house, but I recognize that I am the exception not the norm.

@37712 Yep, thought so. Taxation is the government noose smothering everyone through eternal slavery into their grave.
That's the secret to life imo, avoid paying as much taxes as you can and you'll come out ahead.
