Women commit the vast majority of domestic violence:
~50% of domestic violence is reciprocal, perpetrated by both partners.
Of the ~50% that is nonreciprocal, women are perpetrators in ~70% (!) of cases.
"Women’s greater perpetration of violence was reported by both women and by men."
Moreover, "relationships with reciprocal violence resulted in more frequent violence (by women only) and a greater likelihood of injury caused by both male and female perpetrators."
So, even in mutually-abusive relationships, women are still more violent than men!
