Let's say someone bought a multiplayer game and then used the multiplayer game to point out bad things Kikes did or bad things that Kikes ordered people to do
Kikes would want to be able to tell a software company to delete that person's access to the game without refunding them
The same could apply to something as simple as the operating system on someone's computer or files for writing documents or making art, videos, sound files or any other form of communication

If you're using windows, they already do that. China also does that, monitoring and using social control in game chats.

No one can allow or not allow anything in software. They can either sell it to me or I simply buy/download the local version from their competitor. Even if they ban all Linux distros, we can still custom our own.
This only affects normies who are dumb users of windows. Removing them off the internet would be a neutral good development overall.
They can not stop you from using it but they can send a swat team to raid your house for using it if they figure out you used it
As long as they can ban the majority that is good enough for them to shape the behavior of crowds even if they can not ban the more knowledgeable minority

They can do that at any time for any or no reason. Raids are a fact of life, specially living under a tyrannical government
You either resist or surrender.
For me, death is preferable than living without freedom. If I die, it will be on my feet, fighting.
