I laugh alone everytime I read a third world country trying to do digital cashless society.
They can't even keep their garbage collection schedule, when they have one at all. The competence simply doesn't exist to pull this off.

That's interesting. How do other countries deal with their garbage without schedule and procedure?
I knew they used to burn garbage in the olden days until it was observed they destroy the soil, poison the water sources and would mean the death of an agricultural tribe.
