The solution is in your own argument: woman hate what they perceive as the bottom 80 PERCENT of men.
Percentage is variable by default and women's perception are completely contingent on their feelings.
Which means they can effectively be "hacked":
- To any woman, if you're her drug dealer to her addiction, you're the top man of her life in that moment.
- If you're a thug, confident and the perceived richest man in a group, you're in her top 20% easily.

Yes. Women get aroused very often but it's very different than how it works in men.
It's very common for women to get aroused during rape, their body even increasing their reproductive hormons and lubrification to facilitate the rapist who is actively dominating her to impregnate her - which is why rape babies are so common.
