I know it sounds unrealistic but I'm not naive about what I'm up against
In the past many activits never lived to see the positive change they enacted on the world but that doesn't diminish their efforts.
I'm going to raise awareness as best I can and do my own social engineering to reverse the damage big pharma has done to society.
If not me, an online pastry, then who?

But we have made some slight progress so far.
