@spectre Border collie is more intelligent, but less obedient. Malinois has less bone issues, but not as loyal. You never know friendship and loyalty until you get a German Shepherd. I will acknowledge though that these dogs are not for everyone. Wolfdogs are beautiful and smart, but, much like cats, they will flee when facing a threat, rather than protect their master.
