@basedbagel It's a dominance, malice or venting type of thing. In the same way that bullies exist in high school or the same way anti-stress tools involves beating/damaging something, some people just want to bother other people that can't do anything about them, it de-stresses them, it makes them feel in control; hence why ignoring them is so effective. Also, they don't do it irl since they would get in actual trouble, so they have to do it online.

Right on! Deffo sounds like a mental illness to me. I just can't relate to that lol
I read that you're more likely to be stalked if the victim believes that they can't do better than you.
I'm inclined to believe it as it mirrors my personal experience.
