How can we set up society to punish women for knowingly choosing morally bad sociopaths or just simply morally bad people as partners?

By morally bad I mean relative to other choices

Not all sociopaths are necessarily morally bad depending on the definition of sociopath used

For example some just do not feel pain when they observe other people hurt but do not try to hurt other people and make good surgeons but are classified as sociopaths based on some definitions
