@freepatriot Why should Americans care about that? If the government decides to execute you, the average amount of time that you're going to spend on death row is twenty years. The criminal defendant who has been given 'the ultimate penalty' is going to out-live the old church ladies on the jury who agreed with the prosecutor that this guy needs to be dispatched to Hell. Also, the old women who love jury duty, the prosecutors who love putting them on juries to play Caesar and give that thumbs down, and Those About to Die who want to be executed by firing squad all agree: let's get this shit over with.
