Does anyone else remember the discussion from the 2000s and 2010s about how "America has an empire and doesn't even benefit from it?" Libtards mad that because of defense spending we can't have free Healthcare, Conservatives because of Europe's Healthcare and welfare spending they free ride off of America's defense spending, etc. Well, looks like the taxman has come to the provinces and is extracting their pound of flesh.

@LouisConde This is why I get sick and tired of the libtards who complain about how "we should be more like Europe" and spend less tax dollars on our military and spend more of it on healthcare. If those countries were footing their own military bill, they would not have "free" healthcare to be so smug about.
Granted, we should spend less on our military, but not so that we can just spend it elsewhere. We need to cut government spending everywhere, including healthcare.
