WA state governor in 2004 was a ridiculously obvious one. R won. They kept recounting, "finding" new D votes every time. Finally, after three recounts D had about hundred votes more, at which point the recounts immediately stopped and D victory was declared.

But election fraud started long before even that.

One big difference is the prevalence of internet and smart phone usage compared to those years. And along with that simply the people cheating being way too incompetent to be subtle about it.
