@Heil_Honkler kind of already been in HxH, since Alluka (Killua's younger "sister") is a boy that claims to be a girl. And Kalluto is basically a cross dresser, given his clothing.

Pretty sure I read somewhere Togashi has some cross-dressing character in a manga that never picked up much traction, but I have not found that source to verify that just yet.
