Added an elasticated waistband tonight, not sure if it's quite right, I guess I'll know once the skirt bits are done tomorrow hopefully

@kaede_waifu ok now do iy all again and I bet you yhis time you will get ot right and more tight, it has been my experience in life that the first time you try something new you do much better the second time you try.
