Does anyone know an alternative to Adobe Acrobat?
I know there's a lot of online and paid options, but I haven't been in the need to edit PDFs until now, so I wanted to see if anyone has already found a good option.
Ideally, I'd love an offline, free, open source option. But I don't know if it's exists. Google and YouTube only give me slop and normie reviews.
@kaiservenom I use Wondershare pdf element for years. It's pretty good.
@Zeb I'm interested in PDF Element. Did you buy the lifetime license?
@kaiservenom Yes. It was on sale even compared to current prices and I am always using to modify all kinds of PDFs.
It definitely paid by itself hundreds of times during covid retardation alone.
@Zeb I see it has some really interesting tools like OCR and translation.
It could help to me arrange manga from spare pages, scan the PDF, and translate it to English.
@kaiservenom you can edit pdf in web browser. if you need a program, i used to use foxit https://www.foxit.com/pdf-editor/
