@shortstories I'm going to say 2 as the generally true answer, 1 as the answer when that specific remedy is most wanting, which is up to one to know about one's self and do as needed. I'm about to mix lemon juice, honey, raw garlic, apple cider vinegar, ginger root, and maybe some cayenne and drink it in some water to reset the internal biome.
