Just putting this out there: anytime somewhere has these kinds of live training exercises going on, it seems like such events end up really happening a short time later. There was a meeting about a global pandemic happening in 2019 right before covid "just happened" too iirc. Spooky dookie! If somewhere I went often held some kind of live training for, say, a big terrorist attack, I'd stop going there and I'd avoid that whole area as much as possible.

They might close off the acting set so only professionals can enter the filiming area and you could not get there even if you wanted to
They might say it is off limits because of a terrorist before they start filiming the actor playing a terrorist
