@sardonicsmile i have not been using alarm clock for years. and i do not have a day job. so i sleep the way my body dictates. and my sleep schedule is quite normal, except shifted a bit forward(going to be later, waking up later). the only situation where i would wake up in the middle of the night like he does is if my digestion would "flare up"(happens when i eat late) or if i drank caffeine later in the day. so natural sleep is the "normal" sleep, not this two-phase sleep.
