@charliebrownau I would include ANY able bodied female older than 18.
The same standard they use on us.
@charliebrownau You know, you are right.
At 16, females are fully grown and considered Adult females.
@charliebrownau Was on an "integrated command". The pilot program.
When given orders for deployment, 5 females did exactly that. They were immediately transferred.
They understand how to play the game.

@charliebrownau Thing is: Females are placed in management positions; ones that as a tech we have to report to. In my experience, they develop brusque personalities, due to watching senior men in the workplace.
They think that now they are in a perceived "power position" they can communicate with the same coarseness. Overlooking they have zero experience in field or technical level. I've had to start recording interactions for previous "incidents" and have been admonished. They cant lose
@charliebrownau Agreed. Even in what appears to be safe company you never know who is a mole or who will spread information about an offhand remark.
Personally, I do not make friends at work, at all. I do flush information down the pipes that make them believe I am a team player or when I am being bullied or setup, I make sure to tell the usual gossips so it gets spread around the office. They usually leave me alone by then. I see no reason to trust anyone at work. It is like HS.
you would see a shitload suddendly get prego and shack up with men
it would be a rush to avoid doing hard work
