An odd niche where a certain type of 2nd-gen Hispanic desperately wants acceptance from mainstream whites (who, ironically, don't seem to be racist), while hoping no one notices how much more successful Indians are.
I guarantee that long-time Anglo-Protestant white Americans (except for the least successful), are always going to rate newcomers based on income and educational levels. Not race or even Christianity.
@sardonicsmile It's fitting, because mainstream whites and WhiNats still believe the 1924 Immigration Act was passed to preserve the White Racial Stock of America with immigration quotas for European (and Asian) countries but no immigration quotas for the entire Western Hemisphere. If we just returned to the Tradition of Real American WASP Immigration Reform, we could all fight over some other kind of bullshit country bullshit.
