@sardonicsmile no he's wrong, there should be no H1-B visa in its current form at all. I won't cry for a 143 year greencard backlog because they abused the system w/a stampede to come over. They were willing to work cheaper that encouraged the corporate abuse so they're just as responsible as the execs. As long as they can get in, India will make more of them to send us. Shut the door, they are not uniquely talented which H1-B was intended to let in. They are White Collar Scabs.
