I oppose people breeding with someone who is to young to be able to consent. It should be illegal to marry three year olds

If you can not prevent the welfare people from breeding at whatever age then you have to enable the people not on welfare to legally be able to breed at the same age as the people on welfare or younger by changing the law

Age of marriage has to be lowered to about 12 or ELSE welfare people have to have forced abortions or adoption ONLY by someone not on welfare
