Any money they seize from you in taxes they must reimburse you by giving you something of equal or greater value, if it is of less value then it is not just compensation
If they seized 100 dollars from your they are required by law to give you something worth at least 100 dollars if they give it to someone else as welfare they are not reimbursing you and thus violating the fifth amendment
"nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation"
