When light moves through a medium it shifts in the relative proportion and absolute quantity of different wavelengths or frequencies

This could cause all or most light to red shift

Allegedly all light red shifts proving all objects are moving away from earth by a Doppler shift supposedly proving an expanding universe or the big bang

But this does not prove the big bang because traveling through a medium does this
