Jesus might have been White skin complexion and some of the Israelites were White skin complexion but some were darker skin complexion
arabs are not White. arab literally means "to mix" and in reference to people, it means their race is mixed. THe Israelites were NOT race mixed, therefore no arab could possibly be an israelite.
All the Bible translations I remember reading say the Israelites were descended from a Syrian or from an Aramean or someone from Syria or Aram or Paddan Aram
None say they were descended from Arabia nor that they were descended from a Arab nor that they were Arabian anywhere in the Bible that I remember and I read it all ( the "protestant" selection of Bible books ) multiple times but it is a very big book and I could have forgot or missed something

Moses married a Cushite women in numbers 12 in addition to his wife in Exodus 2 unless she is the same woman & Josephus mentions he married possibly a third Ethiopian woman if I remember correctly
