Communism can never work but what about libraries?
I am not asking if Librarians are communist but if the sharing of books makes libraries communist
Each person gives books according to their ability & takes books according to their need
Good or Evil?
Do Libraries make the world a worse place by sharing books or a better place by sharing books
Does sharing interfere with the writers ability to sell merchandise & thus remove incentive to write books for profit thus reducing book quality?
@shortstories I don't know how libraries work there, but here, if you don't give back the book, you get a fine from the library. Also, the membership may cost money. The only ones who truly get the book for free are the ones stealing it...
