I maintain my claim that the so called savage tribes in Africa who have not seen modern European technology are more intelligent than people of African Ancestry living in the United States who could not survive without other people being taxed into becoming their slaves

At the removal of taxes the so called savage Africans could survive but the taxpayer subsidized Africans would not be intelligent enough to survive

Knowing these skills does not show up on IQ tests
