Hamas was Jewish funded maybe Hezbollah was also
Ashkenazi & Sephardic settlers might flee and then their houses get destroyed
If they destroy all the houses they do not have to figure out if it is a Jewish or Palestinian house
It prevents Jews from hiding Palestinians in the attic from other Jews
They consider Christians to be idolaters and so according to their 613 commands they must destroy the land Palestinian Christians live in never to rebuild it
