Is it legal to get a organized group of people to poop on the sidewalks in front of the houses of politicians that voted to legalize pooping on the sidewalk

I mean a very large group with so much poop that there is no where to step that is not covered in poop if one leaves anywhere on the border sorrounding the property

What will they do get a private taxpayer helicopter to keep from crossing the poop?
