i would assume that the jews have a larger impact per person since they are more competent, but the mexicans have a larger impact in total since there is more of them

I don't exactly know the proportions of Jews that are actively engaged in this in relations the proportions of Mexicans that are.
But I would assume that most Mexicans actively try and that only a minority of Jews are actively engaged, most probably give passive support tho and I don't know how to value that.
