you can get complete protein from grains combined with peas, beans or legumes but that person eliminates a lot of grains with gluten free
you can get conplete protein from soy but they eliminate that with no soy
then they could get protein from meat or dairy products but they eliminate that with vegan
A small percent of the population has allergies or adverse chemical reactions but there is like too much hype about it
